V. James Castiglia has been an attorney since 1977 and has been at his present Oak Ridge location since 1991. The firm's location is convenient to Route 23 and Interstate 80 and its client base is northern Morris County, Sussex County, and western Passaic County. Normal Business hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Monday to Friday with evening or Saturday morning appointments also available as scheduled.
The goal of the firm is to provide quality and professional legal services at a reasonable cost. Each member of the staff was hired for their individual ability to maintain good client relations.
On the one hand, with a staff of five, the firm is not a "mom and pop" law office. We are on-line and ready to handle the "over-night" closing wherein documents are E-Mailed.
On the other hand, as a solo attorney, Mr. Castiglia does not handle certain matters which require a legal specialist or larger law firm to handle, such as patent and trademark law, product liability or medical malpractice, and employee discrimination. We will be happy to consult with you for any legal problem, and if necessary, refer you to the appropriate place.
